I ordered delivery through an app (they don’t have in-house delivery), and received the wrong order. These guys refunded me, remade my order, sent it with a cute little doodle, and added in a fruit tea on the house. This is top-notch service, and the food tastes great. They’ve got themselves a new local customer.

I used to frequent this restaurant but today will be the last time I buy food here, today we ordered 3 pokebowls and it was totally frustrating, my bowl lacked pineapple, mango, cream cheese, onion and crispy garlic and To complete it, they did not put sauce on top as I requested, I paid for my food and I got a bowl with rice, green peppers, onions, black beans and just a little crab. They ruined my lunch. I couldn’t finish eating it

The staff here is tremendously honest and please do listen to them, I didn’t and it changed the entirety of my experience. The highlights of what I tried were the ribs and the butterfly lychee green tea, I drank it so fast that I forgot to get a picture (top 5 boba drink I’ve tried in South Florida). Their beef ramen was okay and some of the drinks I tried weren’t what I was expecting, but the massive portion of boneless ribs was an absolute steal for the price. It doesn’t look all they great but the flavor from the sauce makes up for the presentation. Overall 7.1/10

Popular place for poke and boba tea and other Asian quick eats . Fast food style with disposable dishes or bowls. Order first and wait for the food to be prepared. Some the drinks are quite sweet (we added extra cold water to it). Small amount of fish with poke bowls.

Terrible service. I come here often but probably won’t anymore. Ordered one single egg roll with my poke bowl and didn’t receive it until being asked more then once about my order number and the staff trying to ask eachother if i ordered it. There was no “sorry for the confusion “ or anything. I didn’t get it until after i was completely done with my whole entire poke bowl. Bad experience all around. Staff was rude and inconsiderate about this. Not the first time this has happened.

First thing I noticed being here was the really cool decor Sovereign had. From the little fixtures that gave it a little oriental flair and the wall art. The ambience was great, the customer service was beyond incredible as we were spoken to by 5 different people at different times in that visit.
