I love shake shack. It’s the only “fast food” burger I can eat. It was my go to burger when I lived in NY, where the restaurant originally started. Now that it is in the west coast I am elated!

Service was excellent! They were very understanding about allergens, which was a nice change compared to most mall food courts. Cross contamination is a guarantee with the fries, but it was no problem to order a (SmokeShack) burger with a gluten free bun and the cashier was very careful to ask if I needed it for allergy reasons (yes) or just preference. The fries were disappointing, to say the least (like Orerida crinkle cut from the freezer).

I normally get a burger when I come here which is always great but this time I decided to get the chicken sandwich and I was not disappointed! It was honestly one of the best chicken sandwiches I’ve had. Highly recommend

Enjoyed our meal. Great quality. Fast prep. Fresh. Bunch on young professionals who are very courteous and friendly. Great team work with good management. A little pricey, I think, but worth it. Sholeh (cashier) was great and very friendly and knew exactly what we might enjoy eating since we weren’t familiar with the menu. She explained each item very well and with patients. Good job, Sholeh and Shake Shack team!

Burger King has better food and for a better price. The Strawberry milkshake tasted like pure sweetened condensed milk. No strawberry at all. Husband had cheese fries and they were gross. Canned processed cheese. If it was like Velveeta it would have been better. AND.. the fact that they solicit a TIP before receiving any iota of food and tasting it is a hard NO!!! for me. Paying the staff $19.00 per hour is a joke. I will NEVER get food from here again.

Thought I should try the new place with my GF. The counter person was unbelievably rude, non-responsive and could barely put down her cell phone to take the order. The manager was was sitting in a booth doing nothing and then screwed around with the TV. There were 8-10 working, mostly huddled in a group laughing and looking at phones. Took a long time to get food. The fried were cold so I took them back and then received burned ones. The shack burger is expensive and small (the bun is undersized to make it look like you are actually getting some meat), it was sloppy with the ingredients falling out and apparently you must have to ask for it to be hot because it came lukewarm. The hotdog was room temperature at best. Overall it was a terrible experience; lousy management, disinterested staff, small expensive portions, slow service…oh, yes it’s built on a postage size lot with terrible access and very limited parking. There is no reason on the planet to go to the Roseville Shake shack. Once inside it’s a pretty nice space but as I stated there is no reason to go inside or order from the drive-thru.

It’s not like when you go to the actual restaurant. Did not feel like attention was given to the patrons. The ordering kiosk does not let you get all the options you could get if you ordered with a human cashier. I had a much better experience at the brick and mortar location separated from the mall(s). May not go back.

Its shake shack of course the food was good. But I was surprised at how fast the service was considering we were in the mall food cort, and it was packed.

Food is nasty and overpriced. Meat taste like it’s covered in old pieces of grill. The milkshakes are not good- they taste like chocolate syrup with no milk. 0 Stars- just go to in-n-out, save some money and get better quality food. Ordered dine in, but there were no seats

Honestly the burger was awesome. $9.99 for white truffle burger is steep but I loved it.
