Great burger and fry joint! Nice ice cream variety including non-dairy ice cream options which is rare! Nice area to dine in, although a lot of people ordered ahead, we found the service to be pretty prompt. Restaurant was clean even though it was busy. Great location at the periphery of the Rosedale Mall. It’s a standalone restaurant with its own parking so it’s easy access.

I was excited to try to the lettuce wrap with my burger. The single patty is not enough. It’s smashed so thin, not a good ratio of veggies to meat. The service was very slow even using the order station. The fries were very good though. My daughter liked her milk shake but based on the price, service and lack of condiment choices to help customize the burger better, I wouldn’t eat here again.

Phenomenal fast food and service! Burgers are tender and juicy. Shake sauce is flavorful on the burger (probably would be amazing as a fry dipping sauce). Toppings are fresh and french fries are crispy with just the right amount of salt. Burger bun is squishy and flavorful, not overly “bready” and filling. Tried a cookies and cream shake that was also delicious. Ordering is a snap through the tablet kiosk and convenient to wait at a table for your order when it’s done. Outdoor seating was wonderful (other than the traffic noise from B2). Plenty of parking and easy to get in and out of the lot considering it’s Rosedale Mall. 5 star rating from a kiddo too!

Was so excited to see a Shake Shack open in my area! Unfortunately, the food did not live up to what I remembered it being. My shroomburger was tasty but small, my partner’s hamburger was so smashed it looked like a Sonic burger (yuck!), and the French fries were so oversalted that they were completely inedible (see photo). I expected a much higher quality of food for the price.

When I first tried this specific location a month ago my burger was over cooked, black and dry I was so disappointed. As well as the fries kinda being soggy, not crispy like they always have been. I’ve had shake shack before and I think the price matches the quality. It was sad to pay that and not be satisfied. I reached out to them for a refund and they got me a gift card, essentially to get a free meal. Today I tried it again and it was amazing!! I was hesitant to give this location another shot but the burger was perfect and the fries were crispy! The service has improved here a lot, didn’t take too long for the drive through (for cars in front of me less than 10 mins). I hope they keep making improvements in the future because the price is worth the quality!!
