This place said it is open 24 hours and it is not. I placed n online order and they were not open. Also their signage said they were open at 5:30 for drive thru and again they were not open. I had to pull to window to be told they were short handed and not open yet. They could not even contact their manager to talk to them. They need to readjust their hours online and also be open at their posted hours. Employee was very apologetic, I know it’s not his fault, but the owner and managers need to do their job and get the place open on time and have proper hours listed online and through corporate so those placing online orders don’t get screwed over because no one is there to make their order.

I’m going to say 4 stars.. I’m being generous in the fact that in the past 8 months of coming to this location regularly, the food has been very fresh and hot, and correct! The tacos are always super crunchy, hot and made to order, as well as the burgers and fries. The staff could learn to be a little more extroverted and comfortable speaking with actual knowledge of the menu. That pales in contrast to my opinion on there bathrooms. I think that with a little concentration on that one area of the establishment would really help. Plus I know alot of people leaving papa’s ice house stop in and wreck the restroom before they drive themselves home. So.. all in all great to eat at, horror to drop a deuce at!!

I actually love Jack n the box the ultimate cheese burger is one of my favs but for some reason this location can’t seem to either get the order right most of the time to if it’s is right then it’s cooked or made horribly. Once we got home I opened one of the tacos and there was ZERO hot sauce or cheese in the taco… No wonder they were so gross, dry, and bland. What a waste of freaking money. I asked them for cheese sauce for my tacos & that’s the photo I posted ( the rest of the cheese is in the brown bag they just threw it in ) on top of that I had to pay for food that I did not enjoy & did not receive. I told them NO mustard & it’s almost like I got EXTRA mustard of my burger & I didn’t receive my churros. After telling them I didn’t receive my churros he literally was hiding on the side of the window waiting for us to leave like we didn’t just tell them we didn’t get what we asked for after showing them the receipt. I wouldn’t even want to ask for my money back because it’s not worth listening to his disgusting attitude. Who ever was handling my order clearly shouldn’t have a job at ALL.

Do not go here. The wait times are atrocious, the staff is rude, and they’ll screw up your order every time. We went in because my VERY pregnant wife wanted a Oreo Shake and some Loaded Tiny Tacos. This was about 12:30 at night that we arrived, but pregnancy cravings, ya know? Anyway, we were the only car in line. Wait was 25 mins. Woman working the drive thru was extremely rude and cutting me off as I tried to order. I get it, I’m that guy at the last minute, but still. Apparently the shake machine was down. Now seeing as it was close to closing time I figured it was down for cleaning – no biggie, the wife is heartbroken but hey, at least she has her tacos. Well, we get home, and this is what her “Loaded” tiny tacos looked like. I get mistakes, but there is NO EXCUSE for the rude, horrible service we got. So, don’t go here. Drive to the one farther in Conroe. At least you’ll get good service.
