Best pizza on Long Island, nope, not my opinion, it’s a fact. Us NYers are very particular about 2 things specifically, and . This pizza is excellent. The place is very clean and spacious, although I have never sat down to eat there simply because I live within the blink of an eye. The sauce is good, the cheese is good, the dough is cooked perfectly…just chefs kiss. And their customers service is great. This is my absolute go-to…unless I am in Queens because then I go to Margaritas

Long time, frequent customer but never again will I order from them. Food is consistently cold and frequently the order is incorrect. Tonight called for order update after waiting well over an hour for food that was told would be 35-45 minutes for delivery. Same girl who took the order hung up on me twice. The 3rd call she answered the phone with attitude saying yeah it left already and that she didn’t send the orders out so couldn’t let me know how long it was out for delivery. I asked for the manager, who couldn’t have cared less about this employees nasty customer service, who told me the order was out for only 5 minutes. Blatant lie – the food was cold, not even room temperature. The order was not correct. I don’t know what happened to Gino’s where the food was hot & delicious and employees were pleasant. I’m don’t here. There’s plenty other places who I’m sure would appreciate our business one to two times every week.

Worked here for literally like 3 weeks then started to get ignored by Rick (apparently the manager). No rhyme or reason just straight ignored. I’ve never in my life experienced anything like this. They rush ALL of their food and weigh even the pasta to make sure portions are small enough. THEY LITERALLY DUMP GRATED CHEESE IN ALL OF THEIR SAUCE!!! They water it down and it’s so gross. I WOULD NEVER EAT HERE AFTER SEEING WHAT GOES ON BEHIND THE SCENES!

Since moving from Brooklyn, I’ve looked for a go-to pizza shop, and Gino’s is the one. Delicious cheese pizza and grandma pies. When they are busy it is better to pick-up the order because their deliveries can come at room temperature or colder and not as yummy as an in-person pick-up. Their phone lines are also tied up on Friday nights during peak ordering time. You have to call repeatedly to get through, but is worth it!
