i’m not one to complain when it comes to these things at all usually, but this is now the second time this has happened. i was charged four times for my order the the manager completely looked at me in my face and said he can’t do anything about it. i then showed them my bank statement where it showed the transactions the girl proceeded to look through my bank app when i told her multiple times the transactions are only at the top. very unsatisfied.

Anytime we order online for carryout they never make it. This has literally happened over 4 times. Even though I prefer their pizza over the other options in town, it’s frustrating enough that we won’t be ordering from them anymore.

This particular Domino’s Pizza was just a bad experience. The customer service wasn’t great. We were waiting for almost 20 minutes to get 2 relatively small pizzas. Not only that, they ended up giving us the wrong pizza. The pizza felt like eating cardboard after it had cooled off even a little bit. The taste of the pizza was the only redeeming factor. It was similar to eating good flavored cardboard. Overall, it was not a good experience, and certainly deserving of a 2 star review.

The pizza was marginal. The part I didn’t like was I paid with a credit card and then when I was handed the slip to sign the employee watched me fill it out. That’s totally unacceptable. I will not do business there again.

This has to be a joke, I’m so livid, first I ordered a chicken carbonara they send me a vegi primavera, I call had have them fix my order now they send me something with pepperoni and pickles I didn’t even know dominos has pickles at first I thought they were pepperoncini idk if this is a sick joke but definitely not funny I’m so angry and annoyed.

I ordered my pizza and a couple of others things with it. It had been over an hour, so I call the driver and she couldn’t find my house even though dominos has delivered to my location thousands of times. I kept trying to help the driver find my location and she was being rude and saying I should go to the store and pick it up. By this point it has already been 2 hours so I asked for a refund and the manager was rude and said I had to pay for it including needing to pick it up, there was no point of getting delivery. Worst service and rude employees.

This rad staff deserves bonuses. I always have to “accidentally” leave a tip behind if it’s a manager that works with me taking my order & making the food because they aren’t allowed to accept tip$… ?? There was/is one male employee that I asked for suggestions for a pasta plate and he augmented my original order and made it 8x even better while joking with me and smiling the entire time. Made my day…. and I’ll always order the sausage marinara pasta with piles of his way from now on. Thank you, all you super sweet people that most likely aren’t paid enough to do the caliper of quality work you do here at ☆jAroma¤Domino’s☆
