Food took forever. Front lady was very rude the entire time and was taking call in orders and making us just sit there and wait! I finally got up and said something and a few moments later, our food arrived. It should be FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED. The food was actually good but they will never get my business ever again. Customer service MATTERS.

The cashier was rude. Me and my friend was there for over 20mins and still haven’t received our order. People came in and order and received their food immediately. It took us saying something to her and surprise (sarcasm) our food was handled to us. We will not be returning. That lady need to get into a customer services class, her attitude is disgusting.

I wish I can give this place a zero star. We ordered the boneless spareribs and pork fried rice. The food smells as if the meat went bad, it smells like urine. We called after the first bite and the wanted the food back. We took it back and we are yet to receive our refund from china one Fairview Road Ellenwood

People of Ellenwood, it’s time to show the business in the area, that they need our support in order to survive. Our support shouldn’t be taken for granted. If we don’t support them, they can’t survive. More importantly if they don’t want to serve our community with quality customer service and respect. Then let them go!!

Do not waste time calling in your order. They won’t cook it until you arrive. And when I arrived the lady couldn’t find my ticket. And she wanted to argue me down about when I called. She looked at the ticket and saw the time and was just like “well you gone wait or what”? Like you already wasting my time! I hate that! I could have went somewhere else. Poor customer service! $35 I can spend elsewhere. Will never consider them again! First impressions are everything and they gave me a really horrible one with just wasting my time. DO NOT GIVE A TIME FRAME YOU CAN NOT KEEP! DO NOT ARGUE WITH ANYONE WHEN YOU ARE WRONG!
