This location has seriously gone downhill. Maybe they need a new oven? Or maybe they just don’t care about how they send out food but their pizza is always BURNT. Or, on a good day, half burnt. Who the heck wants to pay for food that is overcooked? No matter how the customer tries to avoid this, nothing works. I hope eventually they get in owners and employees who actually care about their customers rather than just making money. I’m not the only review here who has commented on overdone pizza. Wake up, put some pride in the food you make. Or else do this town a favor and close if not burning the food is too much to ask.

I am not a huge Domino’s Pizza fan. Then why the 4 stars? Being out in Hastings MN and being from NJ leaves me longing for my childhood pizza. No one has it. But Domino’s Brooklyn style is close enough. And the cheese steak (without American cheese) neatly fits into another regional taste bud at the same time. It makes me happy.

I love Domino’s pizzas, sadly I’ve removed their app after not receiving offered discounts. This store seems more interested in orders from day cares and schools, which I understand but I’m a customer also; or was. I’ll order from their competitors now.

I order every week on Fridays for my daycare. Usually delivery is ok, but there are times like today when it’s awful! It took 1 hour and 10 mins for our pizza to get here. I live less than 2 miles away. I called and inquired about where our order was when it was one hour late and was told that a driver had been in an accident and they were slammed from school being out today. I get the driver issue, but why couldn’t they have called and let us know something was going on. Also when the pizza came it was ice cold. I truly understand accidents happen but this happens several times with them where the pizza super late. Simple customer service would have been great. When I tried to call back and let them know our pizzas were called no one would answer the phone.

Normally I would give them at least a 4 however I ordered 32.00 worth of food 2 days ago and requested that both pizzas have extra sauce. When the driver arrived he didn’t have enough change so I had to give him an even bigger tip than I already did and when the kids went for the pizzas there was barely any sauce on both pizzas. I even checked my order to see If I goofed up and it was not my fault.
