We usually always had a great experience with Marcos. Love their pizza. However, we ordered back in November, two pizzas were wrong and the cheese bread was undercooked. We called back after my husband had returned to the store once already to let them know and the I spoke with said he’d give us a $10 credit for the second pizza. We called to redeem said $10 credit today and Xavier was so unprofessional. He kept huffing and puffing, telling us it’s not his mistake so he doesn’t know what to tell us. After being placed on hold 3x and a call to the manager he stated “how about I just give you the credit so I can get back to my job?”

Had wrong pizza delivered an hour late years ago and stopped ordering from them. Figured give them another shot after years of not ordering. This time did a future delivery and it arrived 30 minutes before time and was the wrong items. Roll the dice but likely you will be disappointed.

Just ordered delivery a small pizza and meatball sub and $26.00 later this was the worst food ever! My meatball sub had 2 meatballs on it and the bread was SO soggy I was unable to eat it. The small pizza wasn’t worth the money I’ve had better frozen pizza than this!! Marco’s y’all need to get with it if you want to keep business coming in!
