Stopped in here for lunch while biking the Weiser River Trail. It’s right around the corner from the trail and well worth it. These thick burgers were just what the kids needed to get back on the trail, and the condiments were on point! The kids enjoyed watching the rodeo on the big screen. Highly recommend to anyone passing through. Great little local joint!

One of two places to dine in Council. This is mostly burgers and such but we highly recommend them. Much better than the other dining establishment in town. The food was tasty and hot and the service wonderful. The restrooms were clean.

Went here after work for dinner. It was a long cold day outside and we were pretty hungry. When we went inside, it was pretty packed for a Monday night. There was only one person working the front and only one in the kitchen so it took a while for us to get our food. However, the food was good, the service professional (even with the large backlog of orders), and the place was clean and comfortable. A lot of people might rate this lower because of the wait. However, it is a smaller town with not a lot of options for food. Considering what is in the area, this is a pretty great option. Monday nights just seem to be a little busy…

These are gourmet burgers! We had the Black and Blue burger and the Holly Cow burger. Fries and tons were perfectly crispy. Very clean and cozy restaurant! Highly recommend this place!

This was one of the worst service experiences I’ve ever had. I give this restaurant zero stars. I walk in with my friend, the lady at the front doesn’t greet us for 5 minutes because she’s too busy looking at the computer. We finally sit down, and she doesn’t even give us menus. We sit there for 20 more minutes while she continues to look at the computer at the front. This family walks in, she sits them immediately, hands them menus, and takes their drink order. While we’ve been sitting at this table for 20 minutes with no menus or drink order. After taking the family that just walked in drink order, she looks right at us, decides to see how every other table was doing, and walks back over to the computer to look at it some more without taking our drink order or handing us menus. We ended up leaving. We called the restaurant to tell them what happened, she answers and was very rude. Just because you’re short staffed, doesn’t mean you get to treat customers poorly and not acknowledge them. Don’t use it as an excuse.

Went after riding the Weiser River Trail. The waitress (Sharon?) was excellent, the owner was there and interacted with customers (us). The menu is pretty limited but our burgers and fries were excellent. (Black and bleau for me). Drinks are extremely value priced. Restaurant and restrooms very clean. It’s a small town local restaurant that is all you could want. I suspect we will return when we ride the Weiser River Trail again.
