Came to Carl’s jr, ordered my burgers and i asked for a fountain drink witch was 1 dollar any size so i asked for a large and she said oh sorry we only have smalls! and i said that’s fine and i pulled up to the windows i saw a big stack for all size cups by the register! I felt lied to by the girls working there maybe they were told don’t advertise it! But then again why would they have a dollar size drink by the window!!! please manager train your team property!

Horrible service! Went on Sunday 5/21/23 at 2:00p.m. The girl taking my order gave me nasty attitude. When I got my food, I asked for condiments to another lady working there. She had the audacity to throw condiments in the bag as my mother had it in her hands. Some of the condiments fell on the ground. Very unprofessional!!!!

When i got my food I asked her for ketchup and she threw 4 packets thru my car window and shut the drive up window. We rediscovered Burger King! Thanks to one of your morning female crew members, I call her Jeronimo. She was giving the worst drive-thru service that I have ever seen, she left the old man in front of us knocking on the window for 10 minutes because that order was wrong. My experience at this Carl’s Jr. Was like no other experience I’ve ever experienced before. I’ve been to a few other Carl’s Jrs in my life. But this particular Carl’s Jr really left me feeling like a brand new person. I left wanting to pay it forward even though i had nothing to give. I just felt the need. No. The URGE to be a better version of myself than i was before i stepped in to this particular Carl’s Jr. If someday i should ever find someone to marry me, i want to have the after party at this location. I’m stuck in drive thru as I write this. We’ve been here for about 20 minutes and only had 3 cars ahead of us. Unbelievably slow service.
