Only giving 2 stars because at least when they messed up they upgraded our pizza. Was supposed to be half pepperoni and half cheese. Lmao. They messed up the salads as well. We spent 42.00 for jet10 it was so so and an order of jet’s wing they were cold and dry had but had barbeque sauce on them not good . Will not be returning for awhile that’s why we stayed away the for so long the last time the food was and to think I’m the one who said let’s give Jet’s a try today .

I ordered from here for pizza night with my children and let’s say I was not disappointed. I thought my order was messed up but after talking with the manager he politely informed me of how he corrected the error. The quality of the food was very high and the mild wings with light sauce were cooked to perfection. Of all the pizza places in the area this location has risen to the top with me. 10/10 all around the board. Keep up the great work.

The person on the phone was hard to understand and rude. When I got there the place looked dirty inside. The person at the front was also rude and hard to understand (maybe the same person). The deep dish pizza was doughy and the toppings were burnt.

Aug 21 2017 ordered a med size pizza. Pizza was disgusting. Was not cut right and cheese came right off in chucks. Hard to chew. My child choked on it. Called and waited on hold 5 min for a manager that never answered.

they gave me a cold pizza and the manager wouldn’t do anything about it after buying pizza from them for almost 20 years. Told me the pizza would be ready in 15 min I drive to the store to be told the systems are down so I had to wait another 25 min in my car just so I could pay. I called the next day and the manager wouldn’t offer to replace what I ordered. I Was a long time customer of Jets until recently. Hope they don’t go out of business under this management.
