If I could give 0 stars, I sure would!! Ordered 2 pizza bowls today, one was literally 1/8″ thick and burnt to a crisp and other one was nothing but completely raw onions. Neither one was edible. Called the store, spoke to on shift manager. When asked what could be done to rectify this so we had something for dinner that we could actually eat, he responded with “I made them so I know they are right and since I did nothing wrong, there is nothing I can or will do for you.” This is the WORST customer service I have ever witnessed. I will be contacting the GM tomorrow when he comes in and let him know what kind of customer service driven managers he does NOT have working for him!! We have ate Marco’s in many different areas of the country but this one is the worst ever. Just moved to this area and can mark Marco’s off the list of places we will be visiting. Horrible experience!

Marcos, you’re slipping. This has been our favorite pizza place for a while, but the last three times our order has been messed up. First it was my pizza, then we didn’t get any dipping sauces. Now, after having to haggle for dipping sauces that were on our order, we get home to find there’s no sauce on my Fiancée’s pizza whatsoever. We ordered two pizzas and breadsticks, and got one pizza and “two breadsticks”.

Ordered the philly cheese steak bowl, got it home and its burnt to a crisp and had to use a knife to cut the center out. They put very little cheese and almost no steak. This is the worst Marco’s I have ever been to. Called and talked to the manager on duty and he was rude as can be. I will be calling back to talk to the store manager tomorrow. I would avoid this palce at all cost.

This was some of the worst pizza I’ve ever had. The crust was crispy, but the ingredients were undercooked, plus the way they cut it into squares made it difficult to eat. The “Greek Salad ” was a total joke.
