I always loved going to Popeyes for their fried chickens and fries. Quality of food is good, i think it’s better than KFC. Only thing i think they can improve is their menu. Over the year there has not been much change and they need serious relook at their menu. This is located right at the flatiron crossing and has ample parking. They have drive through as well.

This Location is Nasty!!!!! No wonder it has 3 stars. My chicken sandwich almost made me puke. My first bite had so much old grease soaked into the chicken it tasted like it was just bathing in it for 3 days. Man this location is bad. mashed potatoes were almost like soup.

I seen employees touching chicken with their hands laughing in the background my order was completely wrong I went back into the fast food restaurant to let them know (about it ) and they were laughing. I ended up giving the chicken to the coyotes that roam around my apartments at night. Horrible experience no customer service , no class I suggest you pick a different place to go eat if you’re in that area. There’s a McDonald’s there’s a Red Robin’s there’s a Five Guys there’s a Taco Bell right across, I’m sure those places are better. It didn’t register in my mind at the time or I would have insisted!, on my money back! I just want to help the next customers know what that place is exactly about.

Horrible service even by Popeyes standards. Extremely slow with no cars in the drive thru, my order was incorrect twice and then when I got home I realized I was given regular instead of spicy, so make it three times. Also out of most drinks. Only stopped here cause I made a wrong turn on the way to Chick Fil A. Won’t make that mistake twice

Made us wait along time for our food. Didn’t give us straws. Didn’t ask us if we wanted sauce. They forgot our fries and shorted us on nuggets. Got the 12 piece got 9 nuggets and only got half of the fries too for one of the meals. The person who took our order didn’t seem like he cared and customer service was horrible. Love Popeyes but this location is not it. What a waste of money.

Had every car waiting in line well over 20 minutes. Taking one order at a time. There was absolutely no one in front of me for 15 minutes. But there was at least 12 cars behind me waiting. Then the manager doesn’t apologize or anything. Acts as if I’m bothering him. He doesn’t give me a receipt, no napkins or utensils. I ordered a large spring he gives me a regular size. This was the very worst experience at any Popeyes I’ve ever had. I’m all over this town and this by far the worst service I’ve ever experienced. I will never stop there again.

I’m normally not the one to write bad reviews but wow wow wow wow. First I tried to order two of the spicy crispy chicken sandwiches without pickles and they tell me that it’s a 20 minute wait because they’re pre-made then I go to order popcorn shrimp and to my surprise the popcorn shrimp is not even crispy. The shrimp doesn’t even taste like shrimp it’s I were eating rubber from how they have probably been sitting there for a long time. I personally will never ever go to that Popeyes again.
