We made our reservation on the phone after calling a few times and got one of the only dates available for months — eight months later, we finally got there! They called me the month before and a few days before and we arrived at 6:30. So many delicious courses — the two pepper courses, rolled eggplant, and polenta were some of our absolute favorites. We had five meals and so many plates that just kept coming. Before dinner we had a break and walked out back and got to pet the friendliest kitty. Great service, great food. BYOB, but we got coffee, espresso, or tea with our dessert courses. The place is so cozy and feels like a home. Definitely a unique experience and worth the price! 🙂

6/2022: Finally we made it. Table for 6. BYOB! Get here early b/c parking can be difficult. One seating at 7PM. Plan to stay for 2.5-3 hours. The experience is great. The atmosphere is cozy. The service is pleasant and the food is delicious. This is a foodie experience. If you are picky or have several food restrictions this may not be the place for you. “You get what mamma serves.” Come hungry. Half way through the meal the table is invited to stretch in the garden. This is a treat and we can’t wait to return. With more wine. Cheers & Enjoy!

We came in a group of 13 and everyone was absolutely delighted with the experience; don’t forget to bring your own wine and mention in advance if any small children are in the party. Our favorite dishes were the stuffed manicotti and the lemon shrimp.

Went with a group of 12, waited 3 months for the reservation but worth the wait! Food was excellent and it was never ending. Staff was welcoming and attentive, felt like being at grandma’s. Looking forward to visiting again!

Man, with all the hype and local lore, I really wanted to like this place. We all did. The venue is an actual house and is quite cozy. The atmosphere was great and they do bring out a TON of food. Unfortunately, the food and service were absolutely mediocre at this price point.
