Horrible food. The popcorn chicken was way over cooked, the mashed potatoes tasted like chemicals and the cashier’s can’t even keep track of who’s order is who’s. They told us at the drive through $11 and some change but when we get to the window she says $16 and some change, then after fixing that error she says she can’t give a receipt because the machine was “messed up,” go to call and complain and have my order fixed since I can’t get a refund because she didn’t give a receipt and get no answer. Tried to called back to back and got nothing. Just like every other fast food restaurant in Florence just horrible. Corporate has been notified.

Had mine & my mother in laws order taken by Stacey & as a manager of a fast food restaurant, this was by far the worst customer service experience I have had since I moved here 4 years ago. While ordering she had rang up the regular 3 piece meal, when my mother in law asked for the big box & when I pointed out it was the wrong one, she stated well there’s 2 so you need know which one you want next time… Pulled up to the window & she literally rolled her eyes & was very nasty to myself & my mother in law.

Cashier gets a zero for enthusiasm. There was no one else in the dining room yet NONE of the booths had been cleaned. The manager would not honor a coupon book we had that we had purchased for veterans’ kids. She said the other KFC wouldn’t honor it either yet we bought it locally. My husband’s order was wrong but he just ate it anyway.

KFC provides a consistent dining experience. Since their remodel this store keeps a clean dining area for patrons and the food is always hot and fresh. Seasoning is perfect and not overbearing and the tea mix is usually perfect.
