Multiple times I’ve been here because it’s the closest to my house. Whether I order in the mobile app or in person they ALWAYS forget food. Sometimes 10+ items. Also the nachos and Mexican pizzas are always at the bottom of the bag getting crushed. It’s common sense stuff that shouldn’t require a bunch of training for. Will never go here again or the new one of N. May, it’s just as bad.

Ordered two avocado chicken tacos, they gave me Chipotle and took one chicken strip and tore it into pieces and scattered it across both. I’m absolutely disgusted with the lack of quality and how I was treated when I presented the problem to the manager. Like, I don’t expect 5 star but I do expect what I order when I’m one of your best customers. Guess that won’t be the case anymore. I’ll start going elsewhere

Literally the worst taco bell in edmond. When I did a online order I didn’t realize it was this one or I wouldhav3 canceled and reordered. I ordered online amd still jad to wait 20 minutes for my order. I look inside the window and their all playing and standing around. Last time I got home and I had NO meat on my crunch wrap and I took pictures of it. I can’t stress enough DO NOT GO to this taco bell ever.. they need new management ASAP

They will always ask if you want sauce. Usually twice. If you order more than one meal, they will ring it up correctly but you will have items missing—it is almost guaranteed. I keep forgetting this because the food is usually pretty good. Really wish they could get their stuff together to take an order, make the order, then give the order through the window. Tragic that they can’t—it seems so simple.

They don’t “read or check” to ensure customers get the right food! Just terrible customer service and I felt cheated by paying more for an order that I didn’t get! I just don’t understand the customer service nowadays. They really don’t care about the customer. They just rush through everything without verifying and don’t care on what people pay! If I pay for some food, I should “get exactly” what I paid for! Never again! I will be homemaking my tacos going forward! They are not getting anymore of my money! I love me some beefy melts! But A lot of the time I’m greeted very poorly and every so often I get pieces of lettuce in my beefy melt which really throws off enjoying it and you can’t be cross contaminating! That could be fatal to someone. My beefy melts are usually not filled much either. But I do still like my beefy melts like I said.

We did not done in because the lobby was disgusting in all areas. There was no clean table. The soda area was messy. There seemed to have been plenty of employees but perhaps they were sort handed or ridiculously busy & unable to keep up. The food was as expected and packaged & bagged well.
