Couldn’t hear the person taking our order. When we finally got the order right, the food took a long time. The carhop brought out the order with too many drinks because they apparently didn’t get our order right. Drove away only to notice there were no spoons for ice creams, my 5 piece chicken basket was only a 4 piece (with one looking like dinnertime had eaten half) and my gravey was just white water… don’t think I’ll be back anytime soon.

We got no service at all we sat at stale # and no one answered after we pushed the red button. Of course it was saying that they would be right with us, but they never did. After waiting 15 mins and pushing 3 times more. We left. Their was people walking around but we were egnored. My experience was awful. I won’t go back. I was disappointed.

Definitely don’t stop here if you are in a hurry. I waited 10 minutes to try and order a shake while the dude with a bitchs hairdo walked around inside on his cell phone and giving people dirty looks for pushing the order button, instead of taking orders. 3 other cars left before me without even making an order either. Will not be giving sonic anymore business while that trash works there.

It took over 30 minutes to get our order. We noticed other vehicles that got there AFTER we did who got theirs before us. So I called while waiting and supposedly they said it was because they were shorthanded. Well I guess whoever answered the phone came out and said our food is sitting there carhop never brought it out!!! How the heck can you miss an order?! So freaking disappointed we just got our money back! Don’t waste your time like they wasted ours! Management needs to step it up big time or get new managers and a whole new crew!

Worst sonic in the area got 2 drinks and some food orders the two drinks…larges. They brought a medium and a large drink then when trying to get it corrected she told me I would have to pay another charge for the correction. The other drink was an ocean water and was all coconut flavoring. I have worked at sonic before it is not a hard job get it together.

Took about twenty minutes for a guy to answer the red button call to order anything or to tell them a dasher was there to pick up an order. Then took another 20 plus minute wait to get the order from a car hop. I advised to stay away from this sonic if this is the way they’re going to work when there’s hardly any customers around.

I came here around 8pm to get ice cream for myself. At first I got a cup with a small cut at the top was made. For those who don’t know, Sonic Employees are known to make a small cut on the top of your cup so when the ice cream melts and your not paying attention, it will drip every where. Anyways, the girl who gave me my drink saw the cut and told me she will give me a new one. She did and than I went home and thought that was it until the next day I went to eat my ice in the freezer and found two pieces of styrofoam from the cup. I don’t know if they just put these in here or what. You be the judge
