Got a spicy chicken sandwich and it was absolutely raw in the center. Took 2 bites (thankfully the outer edge was cooked) and then saw the raw center and spit it out so hopefully I don’t get sick. This is 100% unacceptable.

Came here for my first time in a while to get a change of atmosphere from the regular McDo and other fast foods. The place looked promising and we got our foods suspiciously fast. Getting to the middle part of the sandwich, I noticed the meat was becoming more Tammy and harder to pull apart and eat. It was undercooked in the middle. Not trying to look like a Karen, I kindly went up just to inform them of this and was not looking for anything in compensation. I didn’t want a refund nor a remake. I was meant with attacks saying I had eaten the entire sandwich which wasn’t true, I had just gotten to the middle part. Their argument was that if it was undercooked, I wouldn’t have eaten up to this point. I tried to explain how the thermodynamics worked, specifically conduction. The outside of the body (patty or chicken) will heat up and cook before the middle so of course I didn’t notice anything until the middle-most part. I tried explaining this and I was just met with arguments. I just left it at that. I didn’t want to argue with someone who wasn’t going to listen. The fries were great though! The service and the meat, not so much. NOT RECOMMENDED.

Ordered a Number 2 with cheese. Drove up to window, gave her $14 and change, and she asked if i want any ketchup. i said no thanks, but instead can i get one buffalo sauce. she said that’s $0.15 extra…….. Latasha employee 10453 was rude, gave me cold fries, and no cheese on the burger.

I do uber, i had to drop off one of the workers here she told me look, we are the best around, i said umm ok let me stop in after i dropped her off, however after tasting it, when i say i wasn’t disappointed, i wasn’t at all and to top it off customer service was amazing, and the food tasted fresh no issues will be coming back and referring more people here. Thanks to having an amazing staff.

The Lemoyne BK has been **s l o w l y** improving over the past year. They still have a LOT to do to make their rating higher than 2 stars (up from 1 star a year ago!) Expect a VERY LONG drive thru wait time, along with missing ordered items, and overly salted fries… But still, it IS a very small improvement from last year.

Would rate no star but it won’t allow Went to drive thu with the family about 730pm seen blonde hair girl and another coworker she is light skin going to bumper Area with no trash in hand they both went inside and closed gate behide then next we seen smoke and started smelling weed there was cars in front of u plus we had a big order sitting for 15mins finally get to 1st window they finally came out of trash Area we get to 2st window the 1 worker was preparing our bags the blonde came in grabbed our bags handed us the bags u couldn’t even see her eyes she was high we get home and half our food wasn’t in bag never again so we ordered pizza for the rest of the gang.
