I have come here for years & never ever had an issue. Never had a problem. Until July 23, 2024. I’m not sure what the heck happened. Did they switch management or what but, the quality of the food has majorly decreased. My chicken was not good. And the worst part was I ordered red beans & rice and I had like one bean & like a half a scoop of rice. The worst experience i have ever had here. If they continue to be the people who run this I will NOT EVER COME BACK HERE AGAIN. That was ridiculous.

2nd star because they are nice, 3rd star the food ain’t bad it’s fresh. Minus 2 stars because I ordered tenders and got 4 bone in chicken, and the mac n cheese was missing some quantity.

I’m absolutely disgusted!I came to order some food since me and my 5 year old son were starving and the cashier without a word and anything KICKED my 5 year old into the kitchen and dipped him into oil!!! Horrible service , I am never coming back again!

It’s at a truck stop. Might as well been the food court at International Airport. Nobody is in a good mood there. Couldn’t expect much from the counter help that doesn’t eat the dish the restaurant is known for, and only working there 4 months Way more expensive than I remember it being. Prices have basically doubled in 5 years.

This is the worse fast food I have gotten in very long time. $9.75 for 2 hour old Mac and cheese and red beans and rice. What a joke. Never eat at this location.

Got shrimp was unedible. Rubbery, I couldn’t even chew the shrimp like it sat out all day cooked then the put it back in the fryer to warm up when I ordered it. Worst Popeyes I’ve ever been to. Paid $12 for fries and a biscuit smdh
