We’re Off the Rails Barbeque & Drafthouse, and we’ve been a leading BBQ restaurant here in Verona, PA, since 2016. We pride ourselves on providing the best BBQ food around with a full bar, a great atmosphere, and live music. We offer a wide selection of meats to choose from, including St Louis ribs, beef brisket, and pulled pork. Each is slow-smoked using our custom smoker. Our menu also includes grilled cheese sandwiches and burgers – all served with delicious sides like cornbread and collard greens. As if that weren’t enough, we also serve up appetizers like nachos and wings – not to mention a full bar with local craft beers on tap. The. Wings. Are. Incredible. Whole wings and they’re only $1 a pop on Wednesday. Got the “Mango Habanero” sauce on the side, but they didn’t even need it (sauce was really good tho too). First, it had the BEST, most flavorful, tender, smoked ribs I have had in 40 years. They come with 3 sauces. The servers are so nice and friendly. The Mac and cheese is good and my date loved the chicken. There was live guitar music which was fun and cheerful. Did I mention the ribs? Seriously made me make sounds a lady shouldn’t make in public. Mmmmm so good. The special drinks are varied and fun, and apparently change seasonally. I had wine from a short but nicely varied list. Amazzzzzzing. The staff was wonderful… the atmosphere is dope. Indoor and outdoor seating. Bar seating. Everyone was super friendly. Now the food… the brisket sandwich was amazing. It melted in your mouth. The baked beans were bomb. Great burger and the fries were also delicious… will definitely be back again.

Off the Rails is a casual BBQ restaurant that sells house-smoked ribs, brisket, and pulled pork and a variety of sides. Prices range from several dollars per side to almost twenty dollars for ribs. Catering is also available from a separate menu. Seating is wherever the customer wants, and many tables are available inside and outside. During my visit, an employee promptly greeted me and gave me a menu. My appetizers were available within minutes, but I had to wait about half an hour for my ribs. I liked my brisket nachos, pulled pork fries, and half rack of ribs.

We are new to the area. Stopped by to check it out. Awesome! We got the ribs, brisket sandwich and Mac and cheese. Perfect smoke on the meats. Kind of a black pepper flavor to the Mac and cheese which I really liked. Had some good margaritas and the staff was very nice and friendly. Definitely going back.
