Every single time I try and order a pick up order, via the app or online or any platform, I get an error message. This has been going on for months at this location. It’s insanely frustrating and unprofessional. Every occurrence, I attempt to contact the company and it’s merely an automated loop. As a company , it falls on the franchise address these issues. I apologize to this location for having to take the review, but since this is my local location, it falls on you to hold your corporate responsible. In addition, the portion sizes when I order ahead or order in person are noticeably different. The locations in NY have allowed order ahead for months when I am there; here, when I am forced to order in person, they at least give me a proper portion size.

I ordered the crispy rice bowl that I was hesitant to order at first based on the name/description. This was the most savory salad bowl with a phenomenal explosion of flavors and ultra fresh! The cashew butter dressing was amazing!!! I had the hibiscus tea which had no sugar which I love and it was very refreshing. This food exceeded my expectations! Atmosphere inside is immaculately clean though no atmosphere otherwise but who cares if the food is great, ultra fresh and flavorful!

Im editing my review since we have been getting salads from here since they opened. The Salads are really good and love the healthy options HOWEVER, lately i have noticed that some of my salads have granular rocks, not sure how else to describe this. My mom just remarked that she felt the same grainy texture. So far i get it with kale base. Pkease thoroughly wash the greens!! This place is pretty good and want you to be successful!

I came here at 11:30, there was NO ONE inside except the workers. As soon as the African American man saw me he rolled his eyes and threw his gloves and made it obvious he didn’t want to help, but I still waited. Once I asked if it was ok to order 4 salads he rolled his eyes again and ignored me, (again, I wouldn’t have ordered if they were busy BUT THERE WAS NO ONE THERE) said I couldn’t order the chicken tostada, guacamole salad, buffalo chicken or chipotle chicken salad and to order them online or somewhere else because “he didn’t wanna deal with that”, I asked what the difference was between ordering online or in person and he just walked away. I’ve ordered from here multiple times and have NEVER had an issue but this guy was extremely rude and didn’t give me a single explanation as to why I couldn’t order. His attitude was DISGUSTING this person shouldn’t even be working here if he’s gonna be rolling his eyes and dragging his feet over LOOKING MISERABLE TO WORK. Tried calling a manager over the phone but no one picked up. FIX YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE IF YOURE GONNA BE ROLLING YOUR EYES TO THE BACK OF YOUR HEAD FOR A SIMPLE SALAD

It’s ok- seems healthy, which I can appreciate. I ordered online and my bowl was missing dressing and it had chicken all over it (I’m vegetarian). For the cost, I’d hope for more attention to detail. Customer service is a pain because you get sent to a texting service. I got a refund, but I also didn’t get to eat lunch that day because I didn’t have time to drive back and get a new order.

Ordered from doordash this afternoon; Was pretty excited, I never tried. I got the fish salad and added some tofu for an extra cost and definitely wasn’t worth 20 dollars. I paid 31.70 for everything influencing a seltzer water. Fish tasted fishy. Salad was bland. Gave me the worst stomach ache and is still effecting me tonight. Wouldn’t eat here.
