My first time eating here and it was just 2 gentleman working there. He told me I would be back and i sure will. Excellent customer service and my pizza was cooked just how I ordered it. I ordered using the app which saved 25% for my first order which I thought was pretty good. I got a large pizza and cheesy bread.

VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE & UNPROFESSIONAL. If I could give this 0 stars I would. I usually only leave positive reviews as I am a local guide, but this experience warranted me to share this horrible experience. I called tonight at 9:10pm to place an order for pick up. (It says they don’t close until 10pm.)The young lady immediately answered the phone & placed me on hold. I just continued to wait, & the young lady came back on the line 4 different times and said please hold, please hold. Then at 9:28pm another lady came back on the line and said unfortunately we’re about to close & we can’t take any more orders because we take our last order at 9:30pm. I told her that it was 9:28pm & I have been on hold for over 15 minutes. She then said ok we’ll take your order & she immediately put me right back on hold without even letting me know she was going to place me back on hold. I waited 5 more minutes just for them to come back on the line & hang up in my face. Tomorrow I will definitely be talking directly to a manager. This is totally unacceptable. I don’t know who the managers have working for them now, but they should definitely hire workers who care about their brand & the service they provide to their customers.

Don’t bother ordering their extra large pizza pie….they will charge you $19 for the extra large pizza but will really only give you a regular large size pizza that they will cut into 12 tiny slices to make you believe that they are giving you an extra large pizza pie. Ordered a extra large pizza pie or at least what I thought was an extra large pizza pie.

Pizza was ok and bread sticks. Worst marcos Ive had though. My wings were ordered mild but we got grease flavor instead. Cashier rushed is to place or pick up before we reached the counter. Did the next customer the same then rushed the employee beside her. Store was empty. She wasn’t friendly just pushy ♀️
