I have frequently visited mcdonalds all over the country and this particular mcdonalds has been almost like my home store. I am greeted instantly by more than one employee and have never spent more than a few moments in line no matter how long the que is. The management all the way down to the maintenance will spend a moment to make you feel welcome and at home. Quick and painless. Now this is a very busy McDonald’s so that does happen. The staff usually seems in a big hurry. That’s to be expected though during rush times. However, never had any one disrespectful and if my order isn’t correct they fix it. That also isn’t common (it being wrong) in my case. However, just like every restaurant it does happen from time to time.

I asked 4 the 2 for 4 deal, was told it had changed so I ordered the changed item. The price at the end sounded higher than it should and when I got the receipt back it was easily 2 dollars over, when I pointed this out I was told the deal had not changed in fact and when I told the manager that the cashier had told me it had changed she just shrugged and told me if I ordered it then there was nothing she could do and walked off. 2 dollars is one thing but acting like she couldn’t care less about a mess up and a customer being cheated is another.
