Worst fast food experience I’ve had in a long time. The staff was beyond rude, if looks could kill I’d be dead. The woman working the drive through seemed like she hated life itself. All I wanted was some honey mustard to go with my chicken tenders, I don’t need someone muttering under their breath passive aggressively about how I could have told them that before (when I already did when ordering). I’m already eating at Arbys and feel bad about myself I don’t need the disrespect from the employees too. I got my food and everything seemed like it had been sitting out for hours and tasted disgusting. Never going back again!

Extremely disappointed. Chicken and fries were old, tasted like they had been sitting awhile. I even waited for quite some time thinking my order would be hot and fresh, I was clearly mistaken. Won’t be back.

Went late, fealt bad – we were the only car. Guy was real nice at the window, but when I got home there was like no meat on my 1/4 pounder beef n cheddar! I mean, lol. On the plus, I expected somewhat stale cheese sticks and fries, which really weren’t.

Just went through the drive thru. Worst Arby’s meal that I’ve ever had in my life. Sandwich was awful. Tenders and fries were old. Can’t believe this place would charge 26 dollars for dog food. Will never be back again.

Not sure what is happening, but avoid this place on rush hour. Doors are locked, drive through only, lines forever. Only ever seems like they have one or 2 people working there. maybe Arby’s can spend less on the ad budget and more on paying quality staff, although, that might be a cultural issue with teens in the area.
