Across the street from Publix plaza. Next to McDonald’s. Directly next door to firehouse subs. Good customer service. Friendly. Dine in or take out. Delivery services will have to go inside to pickup. Limited parking.

Service was great and it was my first time eating there. As I sat down to eat, there were roaches all over the floor. I lost my appetite really quickly. Surprisingly, it’s pretty popular. It’s like a revolving door so they should be able to maintain it clean since they get a lot of customers.

(I wish I had remembered to take pictures). I had a delicious Philly Cheesesteak & 15 honey bbq wings everything was hot, fresh and less than $20. The lady at the counter was nice and had patience while I decided. I highly recommend this place, parking is limited. Across from Publix, next to Firehouse Subs, McDonald’s is on the corner next to QT on Sugarloaf near Fiveforks Trickum. I will be a repeat customer when in the area!

I eat from this place at least once a week- or someone at my job does.. we have ALWAYS had the best wings, best customer service, best everything… but whoever they recently hired to work the register is RUDE. Terrible customer service… she was so mean, then messed up my order.. no big deal, I called back and asked for them to be fixed as the mess up wasn’t something I’d just eat & deal with.. to which she said sure, I guess. Then I asked if instead of lemon pepper on my wings if I could try the mild lemon pepper(mind you, this cost no extra money..) to which she responded “oh so now you want to change the sauce too” um yeah?? Bc it’s not my fault my order was messed up so I was just wondering if I could try something new.. I want to eat here multiple times a week like normal, but now my girls & I at our store are unsure if we will return if that girl is working there..

Place has gone downhill like crazy. This placed used to be the best wing spot around. Now the wings are teeny tiny and the price of the combos have jumped up $3-4. In my opinion the wings are still good but $15 for 10 baby wings and some bland crinkle fries they probably bought at Walmart is not worth it. At that price point you could get a better combo elsewhere.

I use to go 2 times a week, now maybe once a month. The last 3 times my wings have not been fresh, they are being refried and you can taste it, even today and very disappointed. They never answer the phone anymore and you can see cook in the back handling food with his bare hands. I really like the owner, she is not there today but don’t know if I am going back. It use to be so good but now they are taking short cuts with precooked food which is affecting quality! I work to hard to waste money!
