This place. Is INCREDIBLE. I know this is overused, but this ppace truly treats you like family. This is my first bar experience, and they just made themselves a new regular. And dont get me started on the food. It is BETTER than homemade. I ordered the nashville hot honey chicken sandwhich and im not kidding when i say that this was the best sandwhich and fries ive had in my 24 years. Piping hot, perfectly fried, and 100% fresh. Incredible service. Incredible food. Cant wait until i return!

Food was pretty good however, service was not at all what we thought it would be. Owning a bar, you need to have friendly bartenders. Our bartender wasn’t very attentive and only talked with a couple that was at the bar. We waited around 45 minutes just to get some boxes for our food and a bill. After getting our bill, our bartender called me, “ma’am,” as I have a beard. He then charged me for the wrong bill. While figuring out my bill, he then yelled at a Doordash driver for asking if they had the order ready yet stating, “do you not see me trying to figure something out?” After figuring out a refund for 20 minutes, he apologized and I said it was alright. Walking out of the bar, a woman from the group he kept having fun with at the bar shouted, “excuse me, you’re WELCOME.” I said, “I’m sorry?” she then shouted, “He just fixed your bill. You’re welcome.” After hearing her yell at me, the bartender did not say a word to try to calm her down but only agreed with her behavior. Will not be coming back, and will not suggest anyone goes there if they want to have a nice night out. Bartender was a tall, slim male.

Their food is very good, the customer service is a completely different issue. The second time using Door Dash, we were expecting the same good service and meals. Silly us. One entre was forgotten. Called the restaurant to have it sent back out. Were told to come pick it up. That’s not the point of using Door Dash. So they just hung up on us. Was looking forward to going there at a later time, but don’t see that happening now

I haven’t been here in a few years but decided to go the other night because I always had good food and service. I will not be returning again after my experience. The bartender was more than rude and the customers who were obviously regulars were just as rude to other customers. Very disappointed.
