Like any Starbucks the place was nice. The barista did mess up our order. Now for the shocking part. The men’s restroom was the dirtiest I had ever seen. I’ve seen rest stops with cleaner restrooms. My daughter came out of the ladies bathroom and made the same comment. Makes me never to want to use that Starbucks again.

I come here weekly and everyone is usually super nice, but lately it seems to be going downhill with both service and the drinks. Today I ordered a Chai Tea Latte, usually I get iced drinks, but I wanted something different. Anyways half way through my drink I take a sip and get a piece of paper or something in my mouth and I am immediately disgusted. This is something someone would have seen it’s large enough piece of paper to be noticed. I will not be returning.

absolutely slow drive through, if you’re rushing to work please avoid their drive through at all costs, otherwise you’ll be late to your work, not because of traffic but because of Starbucks drive through, only few cars ahead of me but took forever to get my order, if I’d go inside it would be a lot faster! so what’s the point of drive through?

Update 9.29.2019….i would not leave a bad review if not for young guy accusing me of ordering wrong drink, ….service is getting worse, i live here i always order from this starbucks, but recently they’ve been getting some new ppl that are not fully trained, in drive through few times they asked me if i wanted hot or iced, i told them i want iced since it was super hot outside, i waited for long time, n when i finally pulled up they handed me hot latte, i told the guy that i requested iced latte, he responded that i requested hot, not iced? ..whaaat??? Should i record my orders next time???

I ordered a water a female made it. And there was black stuff in there gross!!! Makes me want to throw up. And I went back in there to tell them and a male made it and put the same lid it a a little piece of hair! GROSS!!! I’m not coming back here never again. Worst service ever.
