This place was the perfect place to stop while I was passing through. I was hoping to find some place that had coffee, and hit the jackpot — got the best latte ever, and picked up a couple empanadas to go. The owners are a really sweet couple, and we ended up chatting a long time. I found out they just opened recently, and they did such a nice job making the place feel comfortable, that I ended up staying to eat instead of rushing through. They were so gracious and truly good people. I will definitely stop here again!

I stopped in this little coffee shop on my way to the Tetons and Yellowstone and I’m so happy I did. Great homemade empanadas (apparently they change regularly) and the coffee really had a personal touch. I don’t write many reviews, but I feel compelled to in this case. Matt and Jen were great and both offered some nice and helpful tips for our visit to the area. I can’t recommend this place enough. Thanks and all the best!

I tried the Blueberry/Goat Cheese, Chorizo/Eggs, and another breakfast empanada that had sausage/egg/green peppers/onion I believe. All were excellent. I ate the sweet one on site while sipping their signature Branding Iron latte (hot). I took the other empanadas to go along with a cold Mocha on a different visit. I was surprised to learn they make their coffee syrups from scratch and made sense as they were the best tasting coffee drinks I’ve had!

I love everything about this place. My favorite empanada was the Ruben closely followed by the sausage gravy but honestly they are all high quality. Their chai is also the best I have ever tasted. Management is friendly and accessible!

Always great to stumble upon something new and tasty while traveling. We were traveling to Jackson and were in need on some coffee and found this place. Service was great, lattes delicious, and my son loved his oreo milkshake 🙂 We will definitely stop again next time we are coming through!

Every time I go to the Branding Iron for coffee and empanadas I am greeted with smiles. Matt and Jen go above and beyond to make sure that you receive excellent costumer service, next level coffee and amazing empanadas. The oat milk lattes I order are consistently delicious, I especially enjoy getting an iced latte on a hot afternoon. The empanadas are thoughtfully made and excellently executed with rotating fillings that are dynamite. The atmosphere is inviting, clean and tastefully decorated. It is evident that they put their heart and soul into every every aspect of the business. Be sure to stop in next time you are in their neighborhood, you are surely going to enjoy it!

Matt and Jen have created an absolute oasis. They’ve transformed the Branding Iron into a beautiful, warm, well designed, welcoming environment and have created a perfectly concise menu. All of the empanadas are incredible, not only because of the cross section of both traditional and inventive combinations of flavors, but moreover because the dough is to die for!!! And the preparation is excellent! And the COFFEE!!!!!!! It’s the BEST!! They use a local coffee roaster and have an amazing machine and each beverage is prepared with care and attention, which is evident upon enjoying.

I don’t have enough good words for my experience at Matt and Jenny’s coffee shop! I had an iced horchata and a chicken and mushroom empanada. Both were delicious. Matt and Jenny are such genuine people and really took the time to get to know my friend and I, which means so much to me as a customer. Highly recommend if you’re passing by the area on your way to the Tetons!! I would even go as far to say, go out of your way to make it to their coffee shop. 🙂
