I ordered some pizza for lunch to help with a slow day. After picking up the 2 pizzas, the first one was fine. The second looked like it was put together and covered with extra toppings because it was a conglomerate of 2 pizzas. How did I come to this conclusion, a preschool kid can look at the picture and come to that conclusion. No, the pizza is shifted to one side. The cut lines don’t even line up.

We ordered at 8:20 and we got an ETA of 30 mins. We waited around for an hour before we decided to call back, and at that point we went through a series of 10-20 min holds, or being hung up on. The customer service was terrible and they did NOT care that they had been 100% unprofessional and rude. Our pizza was finally delivered an hour and 1/2 late. I would give it a 0 star rating if I could, and the call center being in puerto rico caused problems and might have been the root of our issue.

We’ve done carryout at this location many times on our visits to Branson. Food is always well prepared hot and fresh. Menu is a little limited but I think they are considering by parent company. Good location away from the strip but central to many of the major lodging.

The workers were yelling and cursing each other out in the kitchen loud enough to make the people in the waiting area upset. The phone was constantly ringing, and a worker was about to answer it, but he got yelled at by another worker. The worker yelled, “Don’t worry about that phone!” so loud it made people jump. Which probably explains why I couldn’t get through to them by phone. I tried to leave a review on the website, but mysteriously, there was no survey code on my receipt.

Pizza may be good didn’t order….Rude doesn’t allow inside dining. Stressed you eat there clean up your own mess. Too many places to eat near by that offer good polite service. Will not be back to any pizza hut locations.

We picked up pizza, right on time they told us. Perfect. Only thing bad was the answering service told us the wrong price. Told us the 1 topping price instead of the 3 topping we ordered. Store 5 star, answering service 1 star.

Was on hold over 20min after placing an order just to be hung up on. I tried to call off another number while on hold too to be informed I cannot request anything from an online order. All I wanted was silverware and some parmesan cheese packs. Really?!? I can’t ask for free stuff to be brought?!? Picture included of toward end of hold time with date shown and phone number if anyone doesn’t believe me from Pizza Hut. They decide to call me and I complain. They offer me a disgraceful discount for them being over staffed and being hung-up on. Cancelled immediately. Rude workers and even ruder management. Wish I could give them NO STARS
