The service was quick and attentive. But the portion sizes were smaller than normal. I never get a 3/4 scoop of orange chicken anywhere else. And the amount of rice and chow mein was 20% less as well. Bummer.

Not only did they not want to give us our food, the order was wrong. I’m not the first one to order pickup from here. The process should be understood by now. Being inside a mall bringing traffic to your establishment is not an issue, and that is obviously being taken advantage of by the quality of the food and service.

The service sucked! They where trying to rush me to order. The Latina girl who se bed my food didn’t get me order right. I had to tell her like 3 times before she did it correctly. The old Asian lady at the cash register was very rude. She didn’t give me any condiments. And when I asked her for condiments she got upset and gave me 2 packets grudgingly. Not work the $35 dollars I paid. And they didn’t even give me a lot of food. I recommend China express in Fullerton,CA.

The worst customer service is right here at this place. If you are the Brea Mall pick something else instead of this people who don’t even smile at Their customers. The cashier “Jamie” does not know how to provide customer service at all. She did not offer any soy sauce and when I asked her she was very lazy to give them to us, and I asked her again for water with no Ice and I can se tension was building up in her face . She was not saying a word which means she was not happy to serve us. Very rude and I don’t how the owner could hire them and rely on these people to grow their business.

This isn’t your typical bad quality mall food. This branch at Brea Mall is better than the one right next door to my home, that we actually chose to drive to the mall to eat there. Fresh, delicious food, generous portions & fast service; what more could you ask for?
