For what it is, it’s really good. I can feed a house full of people for 50$ and have left over that last a couple days. The cheese they use is actually really good. Considering that pizza hut is gone, it’s a great quick choice.

I have, on several occasions, tried to call my order in for pickup. The phone rings about 10-12 times then a terribly loud beep occurs. I drove to the store went in and it sounded like a party was going on in the kitchen. A young lady came out to take my order. I asked her if they ever answer their phone and she just shrugged her shoulders. I sat and waited for my order and noticed how dirty the lobby was. The pickup area where you type in your name and a warming drawer opens and you get your pizza out, was very dirty. The lobby floor was dirty. The cooler case for sodas was very dirty. The glass front door must have had signs glued to it and the signs were taken down but the glue is smeared all over the glass door. Several of prices have been changed and paper has been taped over prices. The 15 minutes I was there waiting for my order the kitchen staff were very loud, snapping each other with towels and the only one that appeared to be working was the young lady who took my order. This visit will be my last. I hope someone goes in there and cleans the place up.

Don’t understand why they chose not to answer the phone. Called 10 times over several hours to pick up a pizza then walked in the store and called and listened to the phone ring until someone stopped playing on their phone and took the phone off the hook lol. Let me stress at this point they were not busy at all. I could see why not to answer if they were slammed but because you’re having too much fun on your phone is totally unacceptable. After I waited for my pizza instead of just picking it up, I asked the girl why they don’t the phone and she said “I dunno” and walked away without a care in the world. Reading this your prolly thinking, why didn’t he just order online, I didn’t because previously when I’ve called and got no answer they seemed to be closed so I was not about to order a pizza from them if they were closed. Just wanted to do it over the phone. Very upset and bothered by this. Answer the phone!? Do you not want my money?? Ridiculous.

Placed online order at 611p. Ready by 629p it says. Confirmation email at 644p it is ready. That’s OK with me until I am in the lobby waiting from 625p until 655p and have been asked multiple times my last name. They handed it out on top of someone else’s order and it’s gone. Just food. It’s still cool I guess. Then manager on duty decides to not care because he’s too busy with the headphones in and the front counter guy was more concerned than the actual manager. Refund and left.

So im aware this little Caesars has gone through a few ownership and management changes and that staffing has been an issue for multiple food venues but you should still expect a certain amount of sanitary practices. While I waited for our pizza I saw the employees in the back playing around throwing flour and stuff at each other then I witnessed a girl checking her make up playing with her hair that was very long and not pulled back like a couple more girls there long hair not pulled back. But, after this girl did all that she then started working on preparing food without washing her hands after touching her face and hair. I had already paid for my pizza before witnessing these things so I took my pizza home, It was supposed to be stuffed crust. I uploaded the picture of the so called stuffed crust. I know that even if I were to bring it to someone’s attention nothing would be done because so many of these places are short staffed so these young folk feel they can do whatever they want and go without reprimand.

was in this location today. had my son with me. to clarify he is 2 years old, and he was crying. Then the jackass of an employee in the back starts to mock my son doing a fake crying and screaming. since no one at the store likes to answer the phone at all I will be stopping at the store to have a conversation with the manager after i get off work
