This store is completely understaffed, and there 1 only one person to run the entire store from taking the order to making the order and running the register and cutting the pizza boxing it and hand it to customers… and that was the next service I’ve had from that location. If she was stressed or upset she definitely food not show it.. she did everything with a smile and the most sincere sounding “have a nice day”

Not only did they mess up my order. They told me that it would be another 30 minutes before I could receive it after they messed it up. Also when I canceled my order they told me I had to call for a refund. Without equivocation this is absolutely the worst Little Caesars I’ve ever been to. I’ve been there four or five times and have the miserable four or five times will never go back to this location.

If you decide to order and pay for something online and they don’t have it be prepared for them to just take and keep your money. They won’t say anything until you get there and when you do pick it up they won’t bother to offer anything else or fully explain how to get a refund. You have to go through all these steps and loopholes to get YOUR money back. Their system seems to be way outdated. So if you do decide to order from here call or order in person.
