Great food! 🙂 The only reason for the 4 star review is the price, expensive, especially to cater to parties. It would’ve been cheaper for all of us to order our own plates and pick them up individually one at a time.

This establishment has great food for a fast, or quick food establishment. The atmosphere is average and the service is fine, but nothing stellar. I wasn’t greeted or acknowledged until about 3-5 minutes of standing there waiting for my online order pickup. However, the food is consistent and much better than L&L Hawaiian bbq.

This Florin Road location looks brand new. There is a nice wall mural on the exterior and a small outdoor sitting area. Ample amount of parking when I came around lunch time on Tuesday, but i know this mall/plaza is packed on the weekend.

This location has deteriorated from barely acceptable to grossly awful. The pork was cold, dry and tasteless. The cabbage was half cooked and looked like it was scraped up off of the floor. The “crispy” shrimp was undercooked and greasy (with white spots?)

The food is good, with all the Hawaiian barbecue standards. I loved that it came with a good sized salad! The price is decent as well. I’ve noticed this chain opening restaurants all over the area recently, and now that I’ve had their food once, I’ll probably go again!

Our first time trying Ono Hawaiian BBQ and it was delicious! Full of lots of flavor, perfect amount of seasoning, prefect amount of crunch @ the ribs were amazing! Definitely will be eating here more often!!
