If I could give zero stars I would. I should have listened to the reviews and went somewhere else. I thought with it being new, the food would be good but I was wrong. This is what I received with as a thigh and leg. The thigh was small and tasted funny and the leg was cold. I literally had to throw the whole food away cause I never tasted food that tasted so weird before in my life. I will never come back there again and will be requesting my money back. Do yourself a favor and do not go there. You definitely will regret it.

I heard manager explain to staff while at drive thru … out of Legs & Breast … came home & spouse was complaining about the tiny leg & couldn’t recognize what the other piece of 2 piece was… I guess I should have left when one of the staff said drive thru service only …

If you can avoid going here please do. As a newer Bojangles I’d expect better quality and service. After several visits to this place, they have continued to make a mistake on every order. Today, however I ordered a country ham egg and cheese biscuit 3 times because they continued to try to give me undercooked ham. After showing the woman at the drive thru window (first picture), she walks away calls for a new one and then I am given a bacon egg and cheese. Obviously, this is not what I wanted or paid for so I told her it’s a bacon biscuit (second picture), she walks away with an attitude, to call for another one. In me trying to diffuse the energy I tell her I just want the ham cooked well done, she then proceeds to throw her hand up in a dismissing way and returns with not only an attitude but ANOTHER undercooked country ham (third picture). At this point I drive away and decide to fry it myself at home. This is embarrassing, don’t get a job at fast food or customer service if you can’t deal with people. Don’t get a cooking job if you don’t know how to cook, it’s simple.

I ordered a 12 piece supremes with biscuits. I had to wait which is common here but twice as long. My main complaint is that I got 4 very, very overcooked biscuits.

Ordered a chicken sandwich. Opened up the box and mayo was on the side. Opened the sandwich and there was a blob of mayo on one side and that was it. All in one spot on the side of the bun. I got 1 pickle. I can’t believe I paid for this. How is this “new” location already this pitiful?
