At our Glennville, GA location, we are part of a historic seafood tradition. Captain D’s Seafood Restaurant first opened its doors back on August 15, 1969. A lot has changed since then, but our commitment to serving freshly prepared seafood at a great value has been our core mission from the beginning. Known originally as Mr. D’s Seafood and Hamburgers, Captain D’s was opened in Donelson, Tennessee. From the very start, we set out to provide quality seafood at reasonable prices, a concept that was revolutionary at the time.

I’ve eaten here several times since opening. I’ve ordered online for pickup, used the drive-thru and gone inside. EVERY trip has been fantastic!! The food is fresh and hot, the order is correct, the store is clean and the employees are extremely pleasant. I’m so glad another quality restaurant came to Glennville and I’m equally glad that restaurant is under superb management. Thank you!!

We arrived about an hour & a half before closing. The food was fresh & hot; the restaurant appeared clean & in order; and the cashier & waitress were very nice, attentive, and helpful. I will get pictures next time because we needed to eat & get back on the road before they closed.

Would definitely give way less Stars if I could. First me and my brother got in line at 8:10 p.m. they had a menu sign in the Drive-Thru in the way of anybody else getting in the Drive-Thru. Then we got in line and it took an hour to get to the intercom to get our order taken. With only two cars in front of us, then we waited at the thing for another 10 minutes with the cars pulling up in front of us until they finally told us we could pull forward and get a order taken. So our in total entire wait time was almost an hour and 20 minutes. We are definitely never coming back to this place and I will definitely be recommending no one ever else to do so either.

I came Wednesday night, it was only 9:30. I checked before I left my house to make sure I can get something. The girl in drive thru said they were closed and it’s only 9:30. Wow do better

If you can help it do not use your card at the drive thru at night. I would love to talk to a day shift manager because I have proof that my card was being charged for an amount that it was not supposed to be charged. Cash only for me with drive thru.

The food was just okay,?the service was awful. Took 30 minutes to get through and they were not busy, 1 car at the window and 2 cars in the lot. Got to friends to eat and the order was wrong. Service needs to get better for me to give them another chance.

It was a every delightful atmosphere service was great they had about 7 table filled with customers but we took out .First time for my husband to have Captain D’s said he will have it again really enjoyed the food . And he is not a big sea food fan.

The staff needs a class on how to treat costumers the girl I experienced at the drive-through window was very rude could not for anything get my order right even though I was trying to order in pouring down rain I honestly thought she was intentionally playing games and so did everyone in my car. I will not for any reason. Return to that location.

Douglas Captain D’s is hit (a bunt actually) or miss honestly. You may get what you order or not, you may get it timely or not not, staff mostly seems to be in a bad mood, but I think that’s how people act when they just don’t want to do anything outside their essential tasks or breathing, jk. It’s a gamble every time here in Coffee.

Whomever is in the kitchen, please pay very close attention to the order you are sending out. My order was incorrect, and I had made it all the way home. My advice is if you order through the drive-thru please check your order before you pull away. Everyone does not live in Glennville.
