Placed my order online because they said it would be the fastest way. Almost 40 minutes later and still no pizza. I called and had to ask where my pizza was the worked while picked up was a bit rude quite frankly. I usually don’t ask to get my food discounted or free but this was ridiculous. It’s a weeknight, not a weekend. And then this is what they gave me. So much oil and grease and burnt on one side.

The food was ok, employee was nice. However the service from management was lacking. Have you ever been to a pizza place that does not have permesan cheese as well as plates and other items. All the service could offer me was napkins.

These guys were great when we were in the area. Helped us out with a huge order for our unit on training at Joint Base Cape Cod. 45 piping hot pizzas was no problem, they came in early and made it happen.

In over 30 years ordering from Domino’s Pizza this is the worst I’ve ever had my life. The deep dish pizza I have very little pepperoni on it and no cheese. I think West Beach has no sauce on it. I’ve never had such horrible pizza from Domino’s in my life. I think twice before ordering you again. And we had it delivered. And we always give excellent tips.

I recently gave this establishment 5 stars. I guess I was too generous. I consistently spend 60+ dollars here, tipping the drivers $10+ per order. Today at 1220 AM, I placed an order. I guess they just cancelled it, and closed the store at 0100 am. My order never arrived. So I’m done doing business with this establishment.

I love them… every time I have ordered from there they have the kindest and friendliest delivery people! They also are serious about Customer Service and making their pizzas and delivery times unbeatable. I’ve actually received free pizzas a few times because they thought their performance was less than perfect, but I thought they were fine! I am really glad we have a Dominos chain in our town!

I always order from them off the Dominos app and the food is always good but when ordering from app the tracker only goes to quality check and it never says ready. So everytime we go there are food is always cold… even if I go when at their estimated time. This time we waited to see if the tracker ever says ready and it did not. Our food is cold and an hour old. The kid that was at the counter said I don’t know what to tell you when we complained about the tracker. He said they will give us a discount and did not. For this they are getting a low star and as not happy costumer review.

Can’t get my order right. I always request no garlic crust & without fail the pizza comes with the garlic. I have not ordered in awhile. Decided to give one more try tonight. Disappointed to say that once again, the pizza came with garlic crust when I selected NO garlic crust on my order.

Every time I have to pickup my order from this location they always have something going wrong in this store, some time there printer is not working sometime they are sending wrong orders out and trying to figure it all out. even tho my order was ready to go on there hand they still have to have me wait there for more then 5 minutes. And the staff there is very rude beside the delivery guy.
