1st of all, I want to give them 10 stars !!!!!! I just Ordered the cilantro garlic pulled chicken w/ brown rice… CHEFS KISS! Super flavorful. The cilantro garlic sauce is to die for. Honestly was not expecting this at all. Would recommend a hundred times over. I will be back, this was phenomenal, and tbh better than half the restaurants in the area at a 3rd of the price. Kudos to you guys, whoever is seasoning the meals is a keeper for sure !

The staff here is so helpful and knowledgeable as well as friendly. I love my visits. The store is clean and well stocked. A perfect place to accommodate healthy fast food and meal prep, not to mention healthy alternatives to sodas, chips, and sweets. Definitely need to check it out if you never have and if you care about healthy eating! Highly recommended!

Me and my roommate Chris, aka “June in July”, get this service and for the money you just cannot beat it. So many tasty options. Also, the delivery people are spot on and the food is totally secure. One time I was kept at work and the bag was out for 6 hours on my porch and the food was fine. This company takes care of everything!

Found a bone in my Ketogenic Cheesy Pulled Chicken!! Gross. It’s ashame, it was really good until I found the bone and lost my appetite. Food is average and affordable but not many keto options. May try Factor as they offer way more and hopefully no bones in the food!!

Ideal Nutrition is a great delivery food service! Excellent assortment of choices and the food is pretty darn good for premade food that lasts close to 1 week in the fridge. We have tried a lot of other brands and this brand is very affordable and good tasting. Good job!
