They were at max capacity! After getting a seat our order was out in record time. Our waitress Adeline was perfect, she was quick to serve without hovering. Only recommended improvement would be waiting area when all seats are full, it’s awkward standing in people’s path as they exit.

Food was as good as a after midnight fast’ish food type place gets. I always get the full hash browns but I tried my wife’s sausage egg and cheese and it was phenomenal. The staff was slightly odd and the patrons were borderline cast members from the hills have eyes. If you ever want a night capper combined with an opportunity to reflect on how you’ve made great life choices, look no further than your local Waffle House.

Food wasn’t bad but not great. waitress looked like she didn’t have a clue of what to do kept staring off into space. there were dirty dishes all over and nowhere to sit when my wife and I walked in not due to too many customers but because no one cleaned the tables off. finally got irritated enough to clean the table ourselves because we got ignored by the staff. then took almost 30 minutes to get coffee I know night shift can be tough I just got off from working a 16hr double shift Just try to step it up a bit next time is all.

We got the true “Waffle House experience” today. One employee named Echo apparently quit and didn’t tell anybody. Another 2 employees got snippy with each other when one told the other to “Lose the attitude” the other said ” well, don’t come to work hungover ” . Dropped plates, Misplaced bacon, a broken soda machine that could only produce Mr. Pibb. It was a great experience and I’m not being sarcastic. Our server Barb couldn’t have been nicer and the food was great. I will definitely be back.

everyone was nice and respectful food was good. but the whole restaurant smelled like gas and when i approached my server about the smell she said she doesn’t smell anything but the second time she came around she claimed to smell gas. we asked to speak to management and the cook then came out to say that smell has been here for five years and he quit worrying about it when the health inspector said it was okay. i challenge anyone to come here and tell me they don’t smell natural gas in the air waiting for a spark!!

Stopped for Christmas dinner while traveling and it was an extremely pleasant experience. The entire staff was polite, upbeat and fun to be around. They were very busy but kept up and kept smiling, it was a great choice to stop.

This is by far the worst experience I’ve had at Waffle House. The cook was less than proficient, the training waitress didn’t want to do as told.. even the training manager messed up our order, not paying attention to as it was being told. Lets not mention how a patron got sick on the floor, and not one person who worked there even made a notion to clean it up, it was in front of the door. I know at least one waitress out of the three seen waitresses seen it happen. Such a disappointment.

Came in with my son to eat and left before even getting sat down. The open tables they did have were still dirty with food on them. So we sat down in the front seats waiting for a table to be cleared and cleaned after the server had told us to wait a minute. Almost 10 minutes later and still no table available another couple come in and sit at a dirty table. Servers proceeded to get them set up with silverware and begin drink orders all while discussing right in front of me how I was waiting already. Then proceeded to ask me if I was there for a table or carry-out. I explained I was waiting for a table to be cleared so my son and I could sit down and that the server had asked us to wait. Yet instead of getting us sat and taking our orders, both servers looked around like they were confused and didn’t know what to do. Common sense would tell you to take care of the customers who got there first and had been waiting 10 minutes. However they moved forward with setting the other table up first for the customers who came in after us. So obviously my son and I walked out. We will not be back, atleast not while those servers are on shift. Have never had such bad customer service at this waffle house. They should have asked right away when we walked in if we were there for dine-in or carry out. And when they found out that I was waiting on a table, I should have been sat immediately while explaining to the other customers that they would be right with them after getting me taking care because I had already been waiting on a table. We werent even given a “im sorry about the confusion, come have a seat, we will be right with you”. My son and I shouldn’t be expected to sit at a dirty table that hasn’t been cleaned to make it obvious we are there to be served and eat.
