So my family doesn’t really have a car so we ordered burger tonight. Well my husband got some of his order, but they decided to replace his drink that he ordered for something else of their choice. My son wanted apple juice but instead was given orange juice. No one.tried to call me and asked if that was ok or not. I paid for what I wanted I should have gotten everything I ordered unless there was a problem then they should have called me. Be lucky you even got the stars I gave .

Service was less than cheerful. It’s a shame because this is one of few good locations between Sanford, Oviedo and Orlando. One thing is always certain tho, if the meat is hot and fresh, the fries is cold. Today, the fries were lukewarm and the nuggets were fried too much. And lukewarm. They didn’t have onion rings. Anymore or just that day ? She didn’t say… The frozen Fanta was good.

Rude employees. I order online and chose drive thru for pick up. They would not allow me to pick up from drive thru instead they insisted that I go inside to pick up my food. I went inside and they simply handed my my bag which they could of easily have done from the drive thru. When I asked why they walked off as if I was a Nuisance..
