We just got home with our carry out order after waiting an hour in the store past the scheduled pick up time. The salad we paid for with extra chicken had no lettuce and about 5 pieces of meat. Every time we order carry out the order is wrong. This is the last time and we will not be back.

probably the worst Chipotle in the dmv. They always are at least 30 minutes late on takeout orders. The food tastes so bland and always in small portions. The workers don’t have any coordination, and the whole place is a mess. I also saw one of the workers pick up chicken pieces from the counter with his bare hands and put it inside the bowl. There are also bugs on every corner of the store. I am gonna call health control deparment on this location. They need a new management asap! I will advise going to the next location nearby!

I rarely post reviews, but this really annoyed me today. Whoever was on shift around 2pm 8/11/2023 at the cashier counter really doesn’t have any profesisonalism. I had an electronic gift card and I presented it to her, and the response I get from this worker was “Oh try scanning but I don’t know” like I was supposed to know how to work your machine. She kept repeating “I don’t know I don’t know” like if you have the time to say that, why don’t you just try mashing buttons on your monitor and see if there is an option for gift card? Pretty annoying experience.

This chipotle is so bad. Every time I order I always hope this is the time it will be better and it’s just constant disappointment. This burrito is supposed to have beans, corn, and steak. Halfway through and all I got were bites of undercooked rice, sour cream and cheese, and tomato. Done giving them more chances and money. Don’t waste either here.

terrible chipotle. I ordered a side of queso, the side cup wasn’t even 1/3 full when I came home with the pick up order. maybe it was because I used a free coupon and because I placed it for pick up. But that’s not a reason for the employees to give me that little. In addition, I had maybe 10 pieces of the new chicken? The serving size here is absurd. Luckily I filed a complaint through the app which got me a free entre. So make sure to complain on the app and check your orders. Never picking up or ordering from this location.

The food is average. It’s fine for the fast food version of burrito-food restaurants. While moving through the order line employees are slinging what I’m about to purchase and eat like I’m in some kind of 70s high school cafeteria. Unappetizing.

I am strongly convinced that the stingy manager has trained every worker there to give the worst portion sizes. I dislike this location very much because of this to the point where when I’m back in my hometown I drive 12 minutes to a different location for better portion sizes. It’s been months since I’ve visited this location due to not being home for the school year so the time I do visit, I shouldn’t have to worry and hope that maybe they changed and they give me a good portion size, but nope still stingy to the point where they reject and try to argue with you if you dare to ask a little more. They even ran out of black beans too so I thought maybe they ought to give me a scoop of chicken to make up the missing beans. I even watch the people next to me in line get the worst potion sizes as well. Every worker looks miserable, this chipotle needs a rework and it’s been due for one for years now.
