As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

I stopped by on a Monday in February 2023 based on a colleagues’ suggestion. I ordered two chili dogs for $5 and a medium fries, and no drink. I had with me a regular black coffee from Starbucks. So I checked my bag after leaving the drive-through, and there were no fries. I had to drive under Nasa Rd 1 to turn around. I pulled up to their window first, without driving around the gas station again and going to their menu to discuss it. No one was present, so I pulled out in front to park and go inside.

It took almost 20 minutes for anyone to acknowledge the line at the register and when the guy came to take my order, he kept totaling it out. I finally told him that I’ll let him know when I’m done ordering. I waited nearly an hour to get my order. The fries were hard. Every single burger was made wrong and 2 of them had one old burger patty and one fresh patty on them. I contacted corporate about this issue and they sent me a code to buy a soda and get a free sandwich. I decided to go to McDonald’s that night and get food instead. What a disgrace Checker’s!!!!!

It shows that I visited this place but in fact I have not. It also shows I have a rating of 2 stars which is also a mistake. I have absolutely no opinion on weather or not this place deserves 1 star or 5 . I personally have never been and apologize for any misleading review. The location did in fact reach out to me very promptly wanting to correct any issues so that being said I will give the service a 5 star.

Waited in the drive through for 10 minutes and never greeted. Pulled up to the window Noone came. Pulled around to the gas station to find staff smoking and playing on their phones. Got drinks and chips next door. Sucks too cause I loved Checkers growing up. Maybe next time. Womp wimp womp

Absolutely disgusting and filthy! The health inspector needs to come here. Waited several minutes with no greeting or anything. It was as if I was invisible. Just two employees working in the back. No employees in the front to take orders. In the several minutes of waiting with still no acknowledgement, I saw several dead flies everywhere including the front counter and tables. Live flies flying around everywhere. Floors were dirty and sticky. Not one table was clean. We walked out. It was obvious the store is neglected and no one cares so why should we take our business there and risk getting sick?
