Ordered from here in the past, pizza was always as expected. This time we ordered and made sure to put “well done” on the type of bake bit this was far from normal let alone well done. Crust was doughy. The Wisconsin 6 cheese pizza was the reason we came back and ordered as it was normally some of the best cheese pizzas we’ve had from a pizza place like dominos but this time it didn’t taste anything like the past so either they have changed the recipe or this one wasn’t made properly. Now, I know they were super busy but, quality should not stop as soon as there are lots of orders. There were plenty of employees inside the store working.

Best pizza we have ever had from this location. Whoever was in the kitchen yesterday deserves a big raise! We are regulars here as we live near by and always order extra sauce and extra cheese with our pan pizza and this is the only time out of at least 6 that it comes out as ordered!! The dough was not burnt, it was just AMAZING! Thank you!

I wish I would’ve read the reviews on this location! We are from out of town & ordered some pizza for the night , I ordered curbside online & asked for my pizzas to be placed in the backseat . Pizza came out & the guy (Phillip) kept trying to force the pizzas(5 of them) through the passenger window (I was in the passenger side my fiancé was driving) I told him to please place them in the backseat so he did & said next time we needed to park closer to the store (we were 4 parking spots from the store) he then slammed my door & began walking away quickly ! No have a good night no nothing . I rolled my window down & yelled “hey what’s your name?” He yells “Phillip” as he’s still waking away ! He was so rude & lacked the most basic customer service skills I called & spoke with a manager after being passed between 2 people who also had terrible customer service skills after reading reviews I see this is nothing new to this store which should be a red flag & maybe some new employees are needed ? It costs $0 to be nice ! Please do better

Horrible customer service. This guy in the photo was very rude. Standing at the counter for 5-7 minutes waiting for him to get off the phone – directly in front of him. Group of guys walked in the door and he helped them who were standing behind…us, and completely ignored and didn’t even ask if we already ordered. After we confronted him, he still didn’t apologize or say ANYTHING even though he clearly saw we were upset and voiced our frustration.

Romeo is about the most ignorant employee I’ve ever dealt with in my life! I’m a GM for Dominoes in GA. And never in my life would I keep an employee like him. Not only did he mess my entire order up. He told me he’d have it fixed in 25 mins. Which was 1.5 hrs ago. When I called the store back he had an attitude and hung up on me. Poor service Romeo.
