The service was fast, friendly and attentive. Great vibe on the water and perfect to sit outdoors and enjoy the views on a beautiful day. The crab cakes were pretty good. The crab was decent, but was a bit dry and stuck to the shells. I’m not an expert on crab but thought it might have been over-cooked??? The bisque was awful. It didn’t have any chunks of meat and was pretty bland in flavor, just a lot of grease. I’ve had much better.

The biggest highlight of my Alaskan cruise was in Juneau as we visited Tracy’s Crab Shack 2! At $70 per pound, we ordered the ALASKAN GOLDEN KING CRAB since it’s described to have a mild rich flavor, is locally caught, and has limited supply. This was definitely the right pick since the seafood was so fresh. It also comes with a butter dip – it was neat to taste the different flavors that are brought out with and without the butter. The garlic roll on the side was also nice and fluffy. Fun fact: to make the crab legs easier to eat, they give you tools as an aid.

Everyone told us to try Tracy’s and we opted for the one just outside of town, significantly less crowded! Lots of parking and easy to get to. Food was amazing and portions were perfect. Wonderful view from the tables. If you can get to this one, I recommend it!

The walk over to this location from the pier was well worth it!. There was no line, and we got to order right away. The food came very fast. It was the same prices, with same great service. VERY delicious food! The pulled pork was such a delicious smoked flavor. Fries were perfectly seasoned, and bisques were yummy. The crab was perfectly cooked and juicy. Most definitely recommend!!

Got the #1 Crab Combo (with Red King Crab) and everything was so fresh and delicious. The lobster, bisque, and crab cakes were the best we’ve had. They normally outdoor patio had a tent around it and heat lamps to be warm during the rain. Ordering was simple and fast.

We heard of this place and wanted to come for the crab. When we arrived it was closed for private event, but asked if we can still come in to eat. Luckily and unknowingly I was asking the Tracy she is the owner and she accommodated us.

Split 3 lbs of snow, dungeness, and golden king crab legs between 3 people. Crab legs were delicious and worth the money. The snow crab was our favorite between the three we ordered. Service was pretty good as well. If you’re stopping in Juneau, make sure you stop at Tracy’s!

Honestly – if I could give this place 6 stars I would! WOW! I wish I could eat here every day! Not only was the food some of the best I have had in years, but the staff was friendly and fast. We were so impressed with how amazing everything about Tracy’s King Crab Shack was, we didn’t go on our excursion from the ship! We just sat there and enjoyed the setting, food and friendly people. Thank you so much for making our day special! (BTW – your food was much better than anything we got on the cruise. Royal Caribbean could learn a thing or two from you.) Your shrimp were to die for and the Ceviche…. OMG – I’m drooling again right now just thinking about it!

Arrived at 7:45pm just before closing time at 8pm. Family of three and got the combo with snow crab that comes with rolls, crab chowder, four small crab cakes and 1 lb. of crab legs.
