Gyu Kaku Had Great Beef And Ramen I Ordered The Ramen My Cousins Would Want Some And The Beef Was Good Staff Is Nice And Fast If You Order Round 2 Of Beef It Will Take Long About 20 Minutes Or Less But The Staff Had Mistaken The Order Of Beef And It Took 7 Minutes For A Other Order It Was Fresh And Juicy I Ordered The Ramen But I Hate Sesame Seed But It’s Fine This Was Worth The Price.

The price goes crazy in my point of view. They don’t have all-you-can-eat in the weekend, so I ordered three dishes of beef plus tofu and rice. I am not full after finishing these because the portion is too small. But the price went up to 50$ even if I am using happy hour discount. The beef is ok, but the tofu is too salty for me. I will not come again in the weekends.

Had a booking for 4 people. Turned up with 2 young teenagers, a 9 years old and my spouse. They came up with a health a safety reason for not fitting 5 people around a large 4 people table to turn us away. Children very sad but they did not care. We would have fitted in very easily but they probably figured they could make more money with 4 grown up adults….

The waiter there is terrible and the waiting is entirely a scam. We came in there with empty tables and the waiter said we need to be on waitlist for about 45min; however after we waited the time they told us to wait, they said it’s a reservation for an hour later, with a terrible attitude. I don’t want to mention the behavior and attitude being racist, but at least it’s a scam and I would never recommend anyone to go to this place. The nearby one next to Guitar Center is WAY BETTER.

The level of incompetence displayed by the waiter at that establishment is absolutely mind-boggling. It’s as if they took a crash course in terrible service and mastered it to perfection. We innocently walked into a place with plenty of empty tables, only to be condescendingly informed by the waiter that we must endure an excruciating 45-minute wait. But here’s the kicker: after enduring every agonizing second of that wait, they had the audacity to inform us, with a smirk plastered across their face, that our reservation was actually scheduled for a whole hour later. Their behavior is not just a case of poor customer service; it reeks of a deep-rooted disdain for anyone who doesn’t fit their narrow-minded mold. I won’t mince words – their implicit racism is abhorrent. Needless to say, I wouldn’t wish this soul-crushing experience on my worst enemy. Save yourself the torment and avoid this pitiful excuse for a restaurant at all costs. Do yourself a favor and head to the nearby one next to Guitar Center, where you’ll actually be treated with the dignity and respect that every customer deserves.

Food was great and super delicious, the problem was that the service took very long. We waited almost 40 minutes just for someone to come and take our order but even after they did the order didn’t come until 10 minutes later. However a server that wasn’t even ours came and took care of us and was all in all more helpful than the other 2 servers.

They were not able to sit us for our reservation. They said they were low on staff and were not willing to compensate at all. I also mentioned that I’m willing to wait longer but they gave me 90 mins wait. They were very unorganized, and one of them was rude . Will never come back again.

Order the shogun $230 was told it was a lot of food with a under tone. I was fully aware of what I was ordering. We was brought are food and it was in a random all over the place Sequence I felt like I was getting Gypped and once I realized what I got home we were just are short ribs supposed to get two orders a short ribs so we didn’t get any so be aware if you do eat at this place it’s a nice little atmosphere but they will short you. Double checking your item make sure you received everything if you order the larger meals.
