Listen here! Troys juicy crab is by far the best tasting and price I’ve had in like forever! It’s a must try!! Let’s not forget the amazing customer service, the inside is a bit small, almost like an oyster bar so we took our food to go but otherwise everything is outstanding!

I’ve eaten at these kinds of places EVERYWHERE! I just moved from Albany, Ga. where they have many seafood places like this. Troy’s Juicy Crab is by far the BEST, taste-wise and price-wise…definitely get more than you pay for, compared to other places I’ve been to. They are my guilty pleasure 2 times a week(weekends) You must try!!

Food was horrible. Customer service was TERRIBLE ! The guy (assuming he’s the owner) was VERYYYY rude . He called me “girl” and wouldn’t hear my concern of my order. My order had missing items, I didn’t have the receipt because my order was purchased by someone else. I offered to show the picture of my receipt since the person who purchased was only passing through Troy, AL and he instantly threw his hand up basically “shooing” me off . He talks over you and is very aggressive with complaints of your order. I never once got upset nor loud but I do know that he won’t have to worry about my family ever ordering from that place .

We decided to try the baskets. We ordered take out. Food came out relatively fast and they were very generous with the portions, enough for lunch the next day the only negative – the food was a little too salty.

The service was horrible. The server stopped in the middle of us ordering two separate times. And left us to go do something else. He also set another table’s food on our table and walked away from it. As far as food it was definitely Troy Alabama quality. Crab legs were over steamed.

Food was pretty good. Prices are great. The only thing is my son did t care for the fried fish. It seemed too greasy and soft as if it wasn’t done or if it had been cooked in old grease or something. The crab boil was pretty good. It could use a little more seasoning but overall it was pretty good.
