Staff are always friendly but they get my order wrong each time at the drive through, even after confirming the order. Today was around 2 pm and definitely not busy inside or out. The Anderson Lane location is even worse because they actually charge for other items and then you have to go inside to sort it out and try to get it corrected. A simple run at the drive through takes longer than it should at both locations. Bummer.

Ordered two chicken pizza; I liked the barbecue chicken pizza. The California chicken was ok but I could not find any price of chicken on that and I was disappointed on that order. The pizza bread was so delicious. Staff very friendly.

I ordered with the app. I downloaded it while I was in the parking lot. I ordered and went to the drive thru immediately. I got the half sandwich and soup and it was ready super quickly. I always get the fiesta chicken, it has spicy sauce but isn’t very hot just the perfect amount of heat.

Honestly I have always liked the food at schlotzsky’s. But this venue is probably the nicest one I’ve ever seen. They also had the best service I’ve ever received at a schlotzsky’s. I wouldn’t bother with online order and pick up, the drive through is still fast. Also they usually don’t start making it until you get there.

First off let me start by saying i’m a big fan of Schlotzsky’s . I treat my family to Schlotsky’s at least once every few weeks because we all love it so much. But the service at the location at Tech Ridge is by far the worst i’ve ever experienced. I’ve visited this location several times because it’s the one closest to where i live and every time my experiences just get worst. They get my orders wrong all the time and the wait is always way to long ! Even when they’re not busy the result is always the same. Wrong order and way too long of a wait. The last visit is definitely going to be my last. They got my order wrong once again and once again i waited way too long for a a couple of sandwiches but that’s not what made me swear off this location for good. It was the huge tooth pick i found in the middle of my sandwich underneath all my veggies . The owner of their location really needs to invest in better management and better training for their employees. Needless to say I will still being going to Schlotsky’s just not this location and if anybody does decide to go to this location BEWARE !! You might find a tooth pick in your sandwich !
