There are many like it, but this one is the best in the area. My only issue is that their rugs never seem to lay flat and I’m worried that an elderly person will trip and break a hip. They’re aware of the issue, yet every time I go, their floor mats aren’t flush to the ground. I don’t eat floor mats, thankfully, so the food is consistently good and the service is always friendly and prompt.

We stopped by after coming from comiccon and we were starving. I want to give this place the benefit of a doubt but we just had the most horrible experience. The service was slow, after sitting down for almost 10 minutes a 5 top sat down after us and they got serviced first. I was with my 2 teenagers. Finally a waitress came over and took our drink order. My daughter ordered a vanilla shake, waitress came back asking again because apparently she was making a chocolate one. We finally got our food and my son had what looked like chicken nugget pieces in his fries. He asked for a refill but the waitress forgot all about it. I gave him my drink so he could swallow his dry burger. The bacon in my super club was burnt and sandwichwas dry. Waitress didn’t bring a refill till after he had a few bites of his burger left. Not only was the service slow but the food was mid. If you want amazing service and delicious hot food this is not the place. Only good thing the waitress did was offered to give us drinks to go. This was our first and last time coming to this place. We are so used to the amazing service and hot delicious food from L’ George’s on Michigan Ave. In Canton. We still left the server 20% just to give her the benefit of a doubt that maybe she was having a bad day. But I will definitely not be coming back here at all.

Food was good. Service was great! We were seated right away, drinks came to our table within seconds of being seated. When dining out, the food can be average if the service is awesome. I go to a restaurant to be served. This Coney Island understood the assignment. (Also a major plus that I saw somebody washing down walls and disinfecting tables.)

I ordered food from this restaurant on DoorDash and there’s no option to add a side of ranch. I called the restaurant and asked if they could add a side of ranch to the order and the person on the other line was super rude and said there was absolutely no way they could do it because it cost $.80. I understand that it cost money, but ranch is a condiment? Either way, I was happy to pay for it, but I couldn’t add a side to my order and she was very rude about it. I ended up being able to place a second order for three sides of tzatziki sauce which cost me $8, but I wanted it really bad because I’m pregnant and she said she would replace it for ranch. She was extremely unpleasant the entire time and ended up hanging up on me.

I got the cobb salad. What looked like a piece of blue cheese was a hunk of plastic..also, the avocado pieces were sour. Not sure I’ll be back. You need to check your food for freshness and plastic before serving.
