We can be classified as Mexican food snobs. Raised in Arizona & Southern California… there is an abundance of excellent choices. We know the real deal. We currently live in Warrenton and have wanted to stop in at Mayos for a while. THIS is the REAL DEAL!! So fresh! So tasty! This place is doing it right! I had the taco plate with chicken and Carnitas. OMG. Sooo much flavor!! The chicken is marinated just right. The tortillas are fresh with that crispy smokey finish. The toppings are crisp and taste like they were literally just chopped. The salsas are amazing! I want never ending supply! Try the avocado salsa! It’s to die for! So fresh! Do yourself a favor and drive to Warrenton and get yourself a plate!

This place is delicious! We are spoiled to live in South Seattle near many yummy Mexican food trucks, and this place totally stands out. The meat, seasoning, and salsas are all top notch. My kid literally wanted to drink the mild green salsa. My husband who eats more burritos than he should; raved about the burrito’s flavors and how it was filling but not heavy. We were in town for four days and had multiple meals here. Just go!

I rarely review places but this was quite possibly the best burrito I’ve ever had! I’m from AZ originally, and I’ve been in the PNW for 10 years, so I’ve had my fair share of excellent and not so great Mexican food. We hit this place after a day on the beach and we were headed back to Portland. The Carne Asada Super Burrito stayed together as I was driving and every element of the burrito was perfection! I’ll be back as soon as possible. It was a shame to see this place was not busy at 6pm on a Saturday.
