It wasn’t very busy when we visited, but the three employees there were both slow and seemed constantly confused about how and what they were doing. Orders were mixed up at least three times in our twenty minute wait for one bowl, one toast, and one coffee. They were nice enough but either very new, very underpaid, or just… there.

I originally was introduced to Eternal Soul Bowl via a Farmer’s Market. My kids and I LOVED these bowls and were ecstatic to find out that they were opening in Sumner. We have been there several times and while the bowls are DELICIOUS… the staff leave everything to be desired. They are always rude and treat you like they are better than you. They sound like they would rather be anywhere than there. I have given them many opportunities by going back over and over to see if maybe it was a bad day of one of the staff members but it seems to be the same all around. I dress for comfort and I feel like I am judged for it each and every time I go in. This time, in particular, my daughter even noticed how rude the staff was and how snotty they also treated her. I hate that this is how it is because I really do love the bowls I just refuse to be treated like trash to get a small bowl of deliciousness and I certainly won’t allow or stand for grown adults making my teenager feel any sort of way.

Eternal soul bowls is a beautiful place. The atmosphere is unique, warm and the vibes are just good all around. The staff was friendly and the worker Chloe who greeted me with her wonderful smile and helpfulness in any questions I had. The bowls are delicious, nutritious and a great way to wind down on a warm summers day. Thank you for a delicious soul filling bowl and a wonderful smile and conversation.

This was the first time eating the unique dish this place provides and I was pleasantly surprised. You can order three main types of dishes, which are veggie toast, smoothies and a fruit/ açaí bowl. You can choose from their options or create something of your own. The creation engineers were warm and inviting. I do not believe too many people know this shop has opened yet as it was a bit slow, but I do anticipate business to pick up once more people find out. Spice things up with something different and I’d suggest giving them a visit.

Took my mom and my wife to breakfast, and all three of us were extremely pleased. I had the La Luna bowl (was going to build my own, but this is exactly what I would have built), my wife had the garlic avocado toast, and mom had the Mediterranean avocado toast.

Hidden on a quiet side street in Sumner is this refreshing oasis of fresh goodness and simplicity. I was so taken by my first visit I returned the next day with a vow to return often to enjoy my way through the menu of clean, fresh, wonderful meals you’ll never find elsewhere in this region. I really love the healthy food options and the açaí bowls are tasty but waiting 45 min for one is not worth it! I’m not exactly sure what caused such a long wait but I assumed the amount of mobile and take out orders were making the wait so long. If the service can be smoother/more efficient, this place is great!
